These terms apply to your use of Promptha at promptha.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Use an account you control, protect access to your Google account, and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement. Personal and shared workspaces are private by default. Workspace roles and project permissions control access to shared work. Private review links grant access to a selected version; publishing an eligible release is a separate, explicit action.

Your content and responsible use

You retain rights you already hold in your uploads and content. You allow Promptha and its service providers to process that material as needed to deliver the features you request. Only upload content you have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, exploitation, impersonation, privacy violations, infringement, malware, or attempts to bypass safeguards or usage limits. The selected model's applicable license and provider restrictions also apply.

Generated outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other people's outputs. Review results before publishing or relying on them. Promptha does not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility or that every output is cleared for commercial use. Generation may fail or be canceled, and models and available capabilities can change.

Plans and credits

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices, monthly allowances and credit costs are displayed before purchase or generation. Requests reserve the displayed maximum. Failed requests without a delivered output return credits; canceling accepted provider work can use credits. Monthly credits expire; prepaid credits do not expire. Availability and account closure

Promptha is currently a private beta. Availability and output quality are not guaranteed. We may restrict requests or suspend access to address abuse, nonpayment, security incidents or legal requirements. Export important work. You can request help or close your account through Account & usage once your subscription has ended.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the effective date here. Material changes to a paid subscription will be communicated before they take effect. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Questions: contact@promptha.com.
