Choose the right guide

Start with creating in Chat, editable Studio work or reference purposes. For an unavailable model, inspect current model support and choose a compatible replacement explicitly.

Getting started

Sign in with an email link or Google, create a private project if you want to organize your work, then describe your idea. Choose Writing, Image, Edit image, Video, Animate image or Speech. Review the credit cost and select Generate. Responses and outputs appear directly in the conversation.

Edit and build on an output

Use supported native document or design editing in Studio to save a direct change. Preparing an assistant request and running generation are separate actions. Image refinement creates a new output. Animate selected image prepares a dependent task; review its source, motion instructions and credit cost before generating. Original versions stay available.

A request failed

Read the error in the chat, review the request and retry only when ready. A retry consumes new credits. If the provider result is uncertain, contact support with the request identifier rather than repeatedly submitting the same work.

Downloads and account management

Download an individual output from its controls. Account settings offers a personal-workspace ZIP export. Inspect its manifest and any missing-file report. Use Security settings to sign out or revoke sessions; use Workspace settings for shared access and ownership. See the Privacy notice for deletion and backup retention.

Billing help

Manage renewal, payment methods and invoices through Billing settings. Read the cancellation and refund information. Contact support first if you paid for an earlier version of Promptha.
