Promptha is a private creative workspace. This notice explains the information used to operate your account and generate content.

Information we use

Email or Google sign-in provides your verified email and account identifier; Google also provides your name. We record the policy version and time when you accept the Terms and acknowledge this notice. We store your projects, conversations, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, saved references, revisions, usage records and subscription status. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and security records to protect the service.

How information is processed

We use your information to provide the workspace, run generation, save and deliver files, enforce usage limits, process billing and send essential account messages. Projects and files are private to their workspace and accessible to authorized members according to workspace roles and project permissions. Private review links expose only the selected review content. Promptha does not publish your work automatically; an eligible public release requires an explicit publishing action. Authorized operations may access information when needed for support, security or legal obligations.

Generation sends the selected prompt, relevant instructions and reference files to Replicate and the selected model's infrastructure. Only submit material you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads.

Service providers

• Google handles sign-in.
• DigitalOcean hosts the application and PostgreSQL database.
• Cloudflare provides execution, private R2 storage, backups and availability monitoring.
• Replicate processes generation requests.
• Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details. Promptha stores billing identifiers and status, not full card numbers.
• SMTP2GO delivers essential account and operational emails.

These providers may process data in different countries under their own terms and privacy notices. Promptha does not currently include advertising trackers or sell your creative content. Provider retention and model-specific terms may differ from workspace retention.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content remains until you remove it or delete your account. You can export your workspace from Account & usage. Deleting content removes it from the active workspace; storage deletion is queued and retried if necessary. Dependencies or active generations may need to be resolved first.

Backups expire on a separate retention schedule and are not edited when an individual account is deleted. Offsite backups expire after 35 days. Usage records retain anonymous internal identifiers to prevent quota abuse. Payment providers may retain transaction records for their own legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices and requests

Use Account & usage to export your workspace, revoke sessions or delete your account after any subscription has ended. Contact contact@promptha.com for access, correction, deletion, privacy concerns or help exercising rights available where you live. We verify account ownership before acting on requests.
