Use this after you have a result, or just before you generate one, when you need the work to stay reopenable. The Workspace is the save layer, not a second catalog.
Save what you want to reopen.
Generation is not the end of the loop. The Workspace holds accepted outputs, editor projects, and Spaces.
Keep the durable result, save the editable project, then export from the surface that actually supports the format.
What you can do
Save an accepted output, save a Design Editor or Image Editor project, reopen a Space, and export only a format that surface actually supports.
Come back through outputs, projects, or Spaces. Rebuilding the job is the wrong move when the accepted object is already saved in the Workspace.
Create or open a result
Start in Ask, from a Query, or from a Space. Review the promised output before you keep it.
Save the accepted output
Keep the durable result in Workspace outputs. That saved object is what a Space or Editor can consume later.
Save the editable project
If you opened Design Editor or Image Editor, save the project before you leave. Reopen it from Workspace projects.
Return and export
Come back through Workspace outputs, projects, or Spaces. Export a format that surface actually supports.
